- 5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in program/portfolio operations, program management, or performance optimization in complex organizations.

Proven
Experience applying
strong working knowledge of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies; remain effective in ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.
- Experience using AI-enabled approaches to improve planning, reporting, forecasting, and decision-making (e.g., synthesis, risk/dependency identification, workflow automation) with sound governance.

effectively across Product, Technology, Operations, and Controls partners, influencing outcomes through structured facilitation and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in Payments and/or Data Platforms, including work in regulated, controls-heavy environments.
- Lean Portfolio Management and/or Agile-at-scale practices (capacity planning, dependency management, prioritization, trade-offs).
- Portfolio analytics strength (advanced Excel plus BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau); SQL is a plus.
- Tooling fluency across Jira/Confluence and/or ADO/ServiceNow/Clarity/Aha!/Smartsheet, including standardization of reporting.
- Practical AI-enabled portfolio operations (automated reporting, risk/dependency insights, executive synthesis) with appropriate governance and controls.
