Health System Account Liaison
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our health system customers to help manage the customer relationship and further develop existing business or accounts.
- Manage customer satisfaction and support the field sales team in resolving problems in order to provide them time for strategic engagement with the Health Systems they are responsible for.
- Manage effective and proactive communication between Customers and various teams within McKesson to insure highest level of customer satisfaction (i.e. NPS.)
- Perform sales and administrative tasks and procedures under supervisor direction on small to mid-size accounts.
- Negotiate or navigate the contracting process.
- Effectively observe, participate, and interface with customers directly to present products, solutions or services that can benefit the customer’s needs.
- Design solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
- Work on the customer roadmap with the field sales team to drive our renewal strategy forward.
- Professionally and effectively interface with customers, the field sales team, internal and external team members, to handle a variety of customer support functions.
- Spend majority of the time at customer sites.
Minimum Requirement
Education
Travel
Ability to travel up to 75% by car.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Critical Skills
- Attention to detail, organizational and problem resolution skills.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate organizational complexity and change.
- Advanced communications skills (1) Verbal Communication, 2) Non-verbal / Interpersonal communication, 3) Written Communications.
- Energetic self-starter with a passion for customer service.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint.)
- Healthcare or distribution experience preferred.
Working Conditions
- Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.
