Accountability Manager

This position is within the Department of Energy, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) Human Resources Service Center (HRSC), Accountability office. As the Accountability Manager, your strategic leadership is vital to the HRSC's mission. You will guide a team dedicated to HR program integrity, serving as the central authority on quality assurance and policy compliance to drive excellence across the Human Resources Service Center. In accordance with Executive Order 14170, applicants are encouraged to respond to four short, free-response, essay questions in the questionnaire. Answer to these questions is not scored or rated.
