SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to PM support staff and cross-functional project teams.
- Supports staff development, workload balancing, and consistent project delivery within multiple projects.
- Deliver clear, concise information, maintain communication, provide honest feedback to ensure expectations.
- May need to provide input into performance evaluations, staffing, and succession planning.

Compensation
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $165,000 - $195,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors. This position is eligible for bonus and/or other incentive compensation.
