Job Summary

The Technical Specialist in Workday (Technical) will be responsible for leveraging Workday Studio and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) to design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the Workday platform. The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, configuring solutions, and providing technical expertise to ensure optimal system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and customize workday integrations using workday studio.
  2. Design and build eib interfaces to support data integration needs.
  3. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the workday platform.
  4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for workday configurations and integrations.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues within workday and propose effective solutions.
  6. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of workday solutions with other systems.

Skill Requirements

  1. Proficiency in workday studio to develop custom integrations.
  1. Experience in creating eib integrations in the workday environment.
  1. Sound understanding of workday hcm and related modules.
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues.
  1. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  1. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Other Requirements

1.Workday Studio Integration Consultant certification is preferred.
