Key Responsibilities
WLM Assessment & Optimization
- Conduct detailed configuration and process assessments.
- Analyze labor audit trails, job code mappings, and discrete layer (WLM map, Machines)
- Perform process log deep dives to identify productivity losses and indirect labor opportunities.
- Validate integration between WLM and WMS
- Identify master data, reporting, and documentation gaps.
- Apply train the trainer methodology to help clients become versed in WLM form and function
- Identify areas to Improve capture of indirect activities, delays, travel, equipment downtime, and non-value-added work.
- Design and optimize Activity Card structures for accurate labor tracking.
- Leverage Activity Card data to reduce indirect labor and improve productivity.
