Registered Nurse - Program Manger/ Coordinator

The Program Manager RN executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership skills and participates in specific program experiences. Demonstrates performance and leadership skills that start to impact the standard of care and safety of staff while caring for all patients throughout the continuum of care and creative approaches to the management of program aspects of complex patient care. Position works in the interfacility transfer center and leads patient throughput in the RLRVAMC U.S. Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. All applicants tentatively selected for VA employment in a testing designated position are subject to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment.
