Supervisory Program Manager

The Security Capabilities (SC) Office identifies, analyzes, acquires, and sustains advanced security technologies and operational capabilities that strengthen transportation security. SC conducts strategic analysis to identify emerging threats, capability gaps, and operational needs, applying those requirements into innovative solutions that support frontline operations. You must possess U.S. citizenship or be a U.S. National. You must have reached the minimum age (18) at the time of application. Selective Service registration is required. You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Unless previously completed, you must satisfactorily complete a one-year supervisory probationary period to continue in this supervisory/managerial position. Financial Disclosure is required. You must obtain FAC-P/PM or FAC-TM Level I certification within 12 months of Entrance on Duty (EOD) and Level II certification within 18 months of EOD. FAC-P/PM or FAC-TM Level III certification may be required based on position duties and agency requirements. The selected candidate must also maintain all required continuing education and certification requirements. Occasional travel may be required.
