Job Description
We are looking for a
Business Analyst / Product Owner
who can
lead from the front
—not just in gathering requirements but also in
driving ideation and solution design
. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with customers, understand their business challenges, and translate them into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to understand business needs and define product goals.
- Drive ideation sessions, identify opportunities for product improvement, and shape the product vision.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and QA, to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder input.
- Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of Agile ceremonies.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in
Retail
or
Supply Chain
domains is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with
WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
or
OMS (Order Management Systems)
will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a
remote environment
and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
