Join Our SAP HCM Consulting Team (Manager Level)
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our
SAP Consultant – SAP HCM (Manager level)
team, focusing on
HR digital transformation, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors solutions
.
Core Focus Areas
- SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll)
- SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance, Recruiting, Learning)
- HR transformation & cloud migration initiatives
- Integration of SAP HR systems with enterprise platforms
- Workforce analytics and HR technology innovation
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field
•
6–12+ years (Manager)
of SAP HCM / SAP HR experience
- Strong experience in
SAP HCM implementation, support, or transformation projects
- Solid understanding of
end-to-end HR processes and best practices
- Prior consulting experience is highly preferred
- Exposure to
SuccessFactors and HR cloud transformation
is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead
SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programs
- Manage project delivery, timelines, budget, and quality
- Act as
primary client advisor
, building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Lead workshops, solution design, and architecture discussions
- Drive business development, including proposal support and client presentations
- Mentor and lead teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Deep expertise in
SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors solutions
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workforce transformation
- Proven ability to deliver
medium to large-scale SAP HR projects
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and client engagements
- Experience in
project governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify business opportunities
