Job Summary

Tolmács tréner - angol nyelvtudással

Legfontosabb feladataid a következők lesznek:

  • DL állomány tréningelése, elsősorban SMT és MI operátorok
  • Segíted a kommunikációt a termelési vezetők, társterületek és a dolgozók között;
  • Segíted a dolgozókat egyéb munkával kapcsolatos ügyintézésekben;
  • Tolmácsolás magyar nyelvről angolra, illetve fordítva;
  • Munkautasításokkal kapcsolatos tevékenységek bemutatása, betanítása, ellenőrzése;
  • Az adott munkafolyamatokra jellemző speciális munkavédelmi oktatás megtartása;
  • Oktatási lapok, tréning-mátrixok, egyéb tréning információk rögzítése, kezelése;
  • Munkavállalók éves auditra való felkészítése és auditok támogatása.

A munkakör betöltéséhez szükséges kompetenciák

  • Középfokú iskolai végzettség;
  • Magabiztos számítástechnikai ismeretek (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Jelenleg 1 műszakos, később több műszakos munkarend várható

Előnyként értékeljük

  • Angol vagy ukrán nyelv ismerete
  • Tolmácsolásban és fordításban szerzett tapasztalat;
