Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Körber WMS Manager
to lead the design, implementation, and support of
Körber (HighJump) Warehouse Management System
solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
warehouse operations, supply chain processes
, and
end-to-end WMS delivery
, along with proven leadership experience in managing teams and client engagements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of
Körber (HighJump) WMS solutions
- Manage a team of consultants, developers, and support engineers
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable WMS solutions

Integrations with enterprise systems
• Drive warehouse process optimization across:

Inbound (receiving, putaway)

Outbound (picking, packing, shipping)

Inventory management

Ensure seamless integration with

OMS (Order Management Systems)

TMS (Transportation Management Systems)

Own project delivery

Support pre-sales activities

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in
Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong hands-on experience with
Körber WMS (HighJump)
- Proven experience in
leading WMS implementations and support projects

Deep understanding of

Warehouse operations
•
Supply chain processes
•
3PL / Retail / eCommerce environments
•
Experience in
•
System configuration and customization
•
Integrations (API, EDI, middleware)

Data migration and system upgrades
