About your manager
Eva Hlaváčová leads the Employee Central & Compensation team for SAP SuccessFactors. She dedicates her professional life to the implementation of HR systems for Czech and international clients. When she's not at work, she likes skiing, yoga and books.
Job description & summary
Are you looking to grow your career in HR IT and deepen your expertise in HR processes and cloud-based HR systems? Do you enjoy working with modern HR technologies and supporting organizations in transforming the way they manage their people? We are looking for a specialist with experience in SAP SuccessFactors to join our global team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced consultants and solution architects on projects for local and international clients. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to
design processes
,
configure
and
implement SuccessFactors modules
, and
support successful go‑lives.
You will leverage your analytical, communication, and organizational skills daily while expanding your hands‑on experience with HR systems and HR processes.
