Job Description POSITION: Senior Associate REPORTS TO: Assistant Vice President/Vice President LOCATION: Hyderabad, India Boston based State Street Corporation (State Street) and it flagship bank – State Street Bank & Trust, a Fortune 500 company and a leading specialist in meeting the needs of institutional investors worldwide. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelors or a Master’s degree in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of real world experience in the accounting department
Functional Knowledge of on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, Cash Management.
Experience with testing, configuration, and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes across teams
Experience in using Oracle ERP system.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Support integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution
Perform system configuration or development

EDUCATION: Bachelors or a Master’s degree in Accounting. SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE FOR IMPLEMENTATION or Support:

Oracle Financial cloud (i.e. GL, AP, AR, FA, CE )
