We are looking for a Safety Supervisor to lead a high-performance safety culture, working alongside the plant team to bring our belief that

This role combines strategic leadership and technical expertise, driving risk-based decision-making, robust management systems, and disciplined execution in a world-class industrial environment.

What you will do for us:

  • Lead and continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001)

.

  • Develop and execute the

annual safety program

and prevention plans.

  • Manage

risk assessments, internal audits, and readiness for external audits

.

  • Drive

safety by design, management of change, and engineering controls

.

  • Measure and analyze safety indicators to enable

predictive prevention

.

  • Coordinate

training, emergency response, and incident investigations

.

  • Promote a

strong, collaborative, and sustainable safety culture

.

Requirements

  • University degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, or a related technical field

. •

7+ years of experience

in safety, preferably in industrial plants (food and beverage experience is a plus).

  • Experience

leading technical teams

and working with

ISO 45001

. •

Advanced English

(spoken and written).

  • Knowledge of

risk management, auditing, safety engineering, and data analysis

. •

Residing in or willing to relocate to Liberia, Guanacaste

(100% on-site - non-negotiable).
