HR SPEC (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) - TITLE 5

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) - TITLE 5, Position Description Number PDT5932000 and PDT5931000 and is part of the KY HRO, National Guard. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: May be required to successfully complete a probationary period. Participation in direct deposit is mandatory. May be subject to furlough actions. Acceptance of a Federal position will terminate Tricare Reserve Select (TRS) eligibility. This position is located on a tobacco free facility. Must obtain and maintain a favorable adjudication of a T3 or equivalent investigation. This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. This position is developmental: Incumbent may be non-competitively promoted to the next higher grade upon completion of an Individual Development Plan (IDP), meeting time in grade requirements, and recommendation for promotion by supervisor.
