Job Summary
The Senior Designer will be responsible for Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer with the primary objective of developing and implementing efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and optimize manufacturing simulation models.
- Utilize simulation proc/design/layout/validation tools to design and validate manufacturing processes.
- Implement tecnomatix emplanner/process designer solutions to improve manufacturing planning and execution.
- Analyze production data and propose enhancements to manufacturing processes for increased efficiency and productivity.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in manufacturing simulation techniques and tools.
- Experience in simulation proc/design/layout/validation methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of tecnomatix emplanner/process designer software.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross functional teams.
Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, or Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer would be a plus.
