As a

, you act as a trusted sparring partner for our leadership team – particularly within the

– and actively shape an impactful, scalable HR Business Partnering function. You work closely with the business, establish clear standards in collaboration, and ensure that HR is perceived as a true enabler of growth, performance, and organizational development. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution and are visible in driving operational excellence.

You independently support selected business areas – especially within Engineering and R&D – and advise leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, as well as talent, performance, and change topics. •

You set the benchmark for high-quality HR Business Partnering through clear, pragmatic consulting and strong execution. •

You translate business goals into concrete people initiatives and implement them effectively in collaboration with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development. •

You manage complex employee cases (e.g., conflicts, performance topics, separations) in a professional and solution-oriented manner, working closely with HR Operations and Legal. •

You proactively identify organizational challenges and develop sustainable solutions to evolve teams, structures, and roles – particularly in the context of scaling R&D. •

You collaborate closely with HR functions and ensure clear interfaces and efficient processes to maximize HR’s impact on the business. •

You leverage HR data and feedback to drive informed decision-making, set priorities, and implement high-impact initiatives.

Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally working closely with Engineering or R&D teams. •

Experience with the challenges of scaling development organizations (e.g., role models, career paths) and translating them into effective HR solutions. •

Hands-on experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and performance & development processes – ideally in a tech-driven environment. •

Proven track record in implementing HR initiatives and supporting change processes in dynamic environments. •

Confident use of HR tools (e.g., Leapsome or similar) and a data-driven approach to decision-making. •

Structured, execution-driven working style and the ability to advise and challenge engineering leaders at eye level. •

Fluent in German and English.
