Du arbeitest eng mit dem HR-Fachbereich zusammen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung innovativer SAP-Lösungen. Dabei gestaltest du die digitale HR-Transformation aktiv mit – insbesondere durch die Ablösung von SAP HCM durch SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

: Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors, insbesondere Employee Central. •

: Technische Beratung und Integration mit Umsystemen inkl. Monitoring. •

: Aufnahme, Analyse und Bewertung von technischen und fachlichen Anforderung •

: Umsetzung der Architektur- und Sicherheitsvorgaben sowie fachlicher Anforderungen inkl. Dokumentation. •

: Erstellung und Pflege von iFlows in der SAP Cloud Integration. •

: Unterstützung und Verbesserung der SAP HCM-Modulen Personaladministration (PA), Organisationsmanagement (OM) und Payroll (PY). •

: Übernahme von Projektverantwortung und operative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft. •

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem bestehenden IT-HR-Team, dem HR-Fachbereich, internen IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern.

: Mehrjährige Praxis in SAP SuccessFactors und mit SAP HCM. •

: Tiefe Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central und idealerweise in den SAP HCM-Modulen Personaladministration (PA), Organisationsmanagement (OM) und Payroll (PY). •

: Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP BTP und Cloud Integration. •

: Erfahrung mit ODATA API und verschiedenen Schnittstellenszenarien. •

: Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. •

Deutsch (verhandlungssicher) + Englisch.
