ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Must have experience of GSM Experience 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, MW, IBS, DAS.
- Manages staff including Project Coordinators, Engineers, Technicians, Riggers, Helpers & drivers.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- The true first-level manager typically reporting directly to the General Manager/Director.
- Successful change management, where tailored configurations are office-tested, revised, approved.
- Develops, coordinates, and executes project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery
- Collaboration with Implementation Engineers for system configuration and data migration
- Writing custom functionality specifications for delivery to engineering after in-depth consulting with the client.
