• Shift : US Shifts (Night Shifts)
• Customer Service Skills : Empathy, ownership, and sincerity are crucial.
• Qualification : Any graduate ( we are not hiring undergrad or people with Internship experience)
Key Responsibilities
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in CHAT channel in technical troubleshooting process
• Open to working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
• Prior experience or understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including buy-side (advertisers, agencies) or sell-side (publishers, SSPs) platforms.
• Familiarity with campaign management, performance marketing, and digital advertising tools is a plus.
Skill Requirements
• Basic knowledge of web page designing , HTML , CSS and JavaScript .
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Solid grasp of web development fundamentals including browser behavior, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience.
• Demonstrates empathy, ownership, and sincerity when addressing customer concerns and requirements.

- Optional But Valuable Certifications In Voice Communication Or Itil Foundations
