Senior Lab Operations Technician – E1.2
Provides advanced support for lab infrastructure, client systems, and deployment projects. Leads complex troubleshooting efforts, mentors junior technicians, and ensures operational excellence across lab environments
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize support tickets while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware, firmware, operating system, and network issues.
- Recover and repair systems experiencing KVM, DUT, debugger, or connectivity failures.
- Execute complex hardware and software upgrades.
- Deploy and validate client, server, and lab infrastructure systems.
- Configure KVMs, PDUs, UDP/ADP devices, networking equipment, and remote-access solutions.
- Support lab expansion and infrastructure buildouts.
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
Coordinate with engineering teams on client deployment and recovery efforts
Skill Requirements
- Strong hardware, firmware, and operating system troubleshooting skills.
- Networking experience including DHCP, static IPs, switches, and cable validation.
- Experience with lab infrastructure and remote management tools.
- Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and root-cause analysis.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
