Requirements
You will be successful in this role if you have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a
Healthcare Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or Medical Scribe
•
HIPAA Certified (mandatory)
•
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience with
medical scribing, charting, and patient care support
- Experience working in or supporting
OBGYN practices (preferred)
- You can speak and write well in English
- You are proficient with medical terminologies and healthcare practices
- You can connect with a variety of people and build rapport
- You have good attention to detail, especially in written reports
- You are comfortable with virtual technologies and can quickly learn
Technical Requirements
- Internet speed must be at least 10mbps download and at least 3mbps upload
- Have reliable computer hardware and software (will be verified by our tech team)
- Have a webcam and headset
