AI Specialist, Executive Support Engineering

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Equivalent experience will be considered.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in IT, Digital Workplace, Executive / VIP Support, Program Management, or related fields.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or enterprise AI technologies.
- Hands-on technical support experience, including endpoint, mobile device, and AV / conferencing troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated success driving technology adoption and organizational change.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Executive support or VIP support experience in a high-touch environment.
- AI implementation, automation, or digital-transformation projects.
- ServiceNow workflow automation.
- Conference-room / AV engineering (Teams Rooms, Zoom, Crestron) and event support.
- Knowledge management solutions and analytics / reporting tools.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$111,000.00 - $189,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
