HR Talent and AI Project Intern

to make an impact! Location:

Kallang

You will join the Global Strategy, Innovation and Communications team and work closely with two Project Leaders, supporting initiatives in Talent and AI-related topics.

What will you do

  • Build and nurture talent communities, helping to strengthen engagement and collaboration across the organization.
  • Design compelling presentations, communications, and visual materials that support key business initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate and support workshops, webinars, team events, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and a positive participant experience.
  • Enhance knowledge-sharing platforms and digital collaboration spaces, making information more accessible, organized, and impactful for users.
  • Contribute to AI and digital transformation initiatives by supporting strategy development, marketing activities, and innovation projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project progress, foster engagement, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, bringing fresh ideas that enhance team effectiveness and employee experience.

What qualifications will make you successful

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in driving business transformation and innovation.
  • Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, with exposure through coursework, projects, research, or hands-on experience using AI tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to build relationships and collaborate effectively across different teams.
  • Skilled in developing impactful presentations and supporting the facilitation of workshops, webinars, and engagement sessions that drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a desire to turn ideas into actionable solutions that create business value.
