Key Responsibilities
- Own regional financial performance, including P&L accountability and delivery of annual business targets.
- Partner with Customs growth and sales teams to drive consulting business development opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants across the region.
- Allocate consulting resources effectively across projects and customer portfolios.
- Drive consulting sales, marketing activities, and portfolio growth within the region.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability commitments.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

- Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- 10+ years of customs and trade compliance experience within the public and/or private sector.
- Experience within consulting organizations or consulting-focused roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across multicultural environments.
- Commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government agencies.
- Knowledge of U.S. Foreign Trade Zones.
- Experience with data-driven business processes and analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Additional language capabilities beyond English.
