Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop technical architecture and design solutions that align with business goals and user needs
  1. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  1. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support ui/ux design and development
  1. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to development teams
  1. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ui/ux design and technical architecture
  1. Lead and mentor junior team members in ui/ux design principles and technical architecture best practices
  1. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software systems through effective architectural design

Skill Requirements

  1. Proficiency in ui/ux design principles and tools such as adobe xd, sketch, figma, or similar
  1. Strong knowledge of frontend development languages including html, css, and javascript
  1. Experience with responsive design techniques and mobilefirst development
  1. Familiarity with ui frameworks such as bootstrap, materialize, or foundation
  1. Knowledge of software architecture patterns like mvc, mvvm, or mvp
  1. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about technical challenges
  1. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  1. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines

Other Requirements

1.Certification in UI/UX Design or related field is a plus
