Trade Compliance Analyst (m/f/x)

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Creating, reviewing, correcting, and managing trade documents for air, ocean, and ground transactions, including import and export activities.

• Supporting customs clearance, vendor pre-alert validation, audit tracking, and broker communications.

• Supporting regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management activities.

• Investigating and resolving documentation issues, customs discrepancies, and export data discrepancies across regions.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

• 1–2 years of equivalent work experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset

• Previous experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
