Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Multi talented

Trainer

to deliver high-quality technical training programs for fresh graduates, The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, conducting instructor-led sessions, creating hands-on exercises, evaluating learner progress, and mentoring participants on technical skills and  development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in C++, Java, C# software development and/or technical training.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Design Patterns
  • OOP Principles
  • Debugging and Performance Optimization
  • Multithreading and Modern features
  • SOLID Principals
  • Memory Management
  • Exception handling
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

  • Stakeholder and learner management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct the training to Freshers,  Evaluation and assessment
  • Training Gaps - Talk to the team in smaller groups and identify precise training  gaps.
  • Create(/update) Training plan based on above gaps, measuring effectiveness of training
  • Preparing freshers for customer interviews.
  • Conducting sessions on aptitude and problem solving.
  • Mentoring freshers once they deployed to customer, he/she will actively & regularly seek feedback from customer and make sure that the gaps are filled if any.
  • Be the go-to person for HCL engineers before and after the selection.
  • Will be guiding nonperformer team members from existing team and help them to become productive.
  • Support in hiring (sitting through Customer interviews along with Customer panels and aligning our evaluation process accordingly
  • Helping existing team members on acquiring AI/ML skills.
  • Conduct Technical Interviews for Lateral hires.
