Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our Data Center construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, tracking, and supplier management of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment. You will ensure that critical long-lead equipment is manufactured and delivered in alignment with project schedules to protect the construction critical path.

Own the end-to-end execution for all assigned OFCI equipment from post-award through final site delivery, ensuring all deliveries align with construction and ready-for-service schedules. •

Hold suppliers accountable to contractual production timelines and recovery commitments while providing data-driven insights to leadership regarding reliability trends. •

Identify potential schedule risks early, implement mitigation plans to avoid project delays, and escalate critical issues to leadership in a timely manner. •

Coordinate closely with Design Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to manage submittal reviews and ensure deviation management is resolved quickly.

Proven experience in supply chain management, specifically supporting large-scale construction or

. •

Strong knowledge of long-lead equipment manufacturing processes and the ability to track complex delivery schedules. Knowledge of Chillers, Generators & switchboards preferred •

Exceptional verbal and written skills to effectively interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management. •

A proactive mindset with the ability to implement recovery plans and manage technical deviations under tight deadlines. •

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00 Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
