Assistant Manager - Change Manager

As a Change Manager within our GBO team, you will play a pivotal role in driving groundbreaking change across our organization. You will support projects from inception to completion, ensuring detailed delivery while proactively handling customers at all levels. Your ability to plan meticulously and coordinate efficiently will be key to your success.

Drive visibility and understanding of GBO initiatives among employees, partners, suppliers, functions, and process owners. •

Provide mentorship to leaders and managers as they navigate transitions. Offer support to managers in their roles as change sponsors. •

Develop change management strategies using Prosci methodology. Integrate these strategies into project plans to ensure successful adoption of changes. •

Assess the organizational impacts of changes from various perspectives including process, knowledge, people, and culture. •

Identify key customers for initiatives and create comprehensive engagement plans tailored to their needs. •

Define training approaches if required and implement actions to stabilize change impacts. •

Dedicated with a proactive approach towards achieving project goals. Ability to motivate others towards successful outcomes. •

Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering organization-wide change portfolios/programs aligned with strategic priorities. •

Solid understanding of portfolio, program, and change management techniques (e.g. Prosci certified). PMP certification is a strong plus. Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA or similar tools is preferred. •

Exceptional communication skills capable of breaking down complex information into clear presentations that drive impactful change. •

in industry-leading change & project management methodologies is required ( PROSCI or APMG or any other similar change certification ) •

experience is highly desirable.
