Job Description
This role is responsible for driving sales and providing clinical support for BD's Oncology product portfolio within a specific territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas for the PI Oncology product line.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training to healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc.) in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and purchasing departments within the oncology segment.
- Provide expert clinical support and technical assistance to customers, addressing product-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and penetrate new accounts within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information.
- Represent BD Hellas S.A. at relevant industry conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related healthcare field is high value.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in sales or clinical support roles within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, specifically in oncology.
- Strong understanding of oncology treatment pathways, clinical practices, and relevant products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
