Job Summary
Senior SAP Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA Implementation Experience: 16–20 Years | Location: Bengaluru | Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, managing global delivery teams, governance, stakeholder alignment, risks, timelines, budget, quality, deployment, and business adoption across enterprise implementation initiatives.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation programs.
- Manage project scope, milestones, budgets, resources, RAID, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, change, and hypercare teams.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, solution validation, deployment readiness, PMO compliance, and business adoption.
- 16–20 years of IT/ERP delivery experience with 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong SAP Activate, implementation lifecycle, governance, project planning, RAID, and executive reporting experience.
- Experience managing onsite-offshore teams, system integrators, SAP consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of SAP testing, cutover, deployment, data migration, integrations, and hypercare.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP ECC to S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition experience.
- Exposure to SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM, PM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP, IBP, SAC, or Concur.
- Manufacturing, multi-country, or global SAP deployment experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate Project Manager, Agile, or Scrum certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
