Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Support our Quality team in exciting Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives
- Lead or co-lead process and quality improvement projects that drive operational excellence
- Learn and apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving tools by conducting RCAs and Quality Audits
- Assist in creating product qualification packages and drafting clear work instructions
- Get hands-on experience with Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to make a real impact
- Collect and analyze data to solve problems with data-driven insights
- Propose and help implement Kaizen ideas as part of a dynamic team
- Gain exposure to power generation service and refurbishment processes
- Explore metallurgical labs, industrial non-destructive testing methods, calibration programs, and inspection technologies
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing an Engineering degree
- Comfortable using MS Office applications
- Open-minded, inclusive, and ready to bring fresh ideas and courage to improve Strong communication skills
