Teamcenter Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Teamcenter Principal Consultant. In this role, you will lead the operational support and continuous improvement of Teamcenter PLM environments. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, managing system performance, and ensuring high user satisfaction. This role requires deep expertise in Teamcenter architecture, configuration, and integration, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require limited travel to project locations. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution or related field required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Min 11+ Yrs of experience required in installing, deploying, upgrading, and maintaining Siemens Teamcenter PLM, with emphasis on experience in recent versions 12 - 14, 2506 Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture Good understanding of PLM concepts and product lifecycle processes Experience of 2-tier and 4-tier production environment deployment, Deployment center, Dispatcher and TcRA deployment, configuration, and administration will be an additional desired skill Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to root cause end user and infrastructure related issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, Windows systems, along with software installations is the key. Mentor junior support engineers and enforce best practices in delivery. Track and report metrics to stakeholders regularly. Stay updated with the latest Teamcenter releases, tools, and PLM trends.
