Position Summary You will lead commercial activity in Hyderabad to grow the business and support better patient care. You will work closely with field colleagues and cross-functional teams to design and deliver clear territory plans. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and gather practical field insights to shape local strategy. We value curiosity, collaboration and a willingness to learn. - Develop and execute territory plans that meet commercial goals and support better patient care.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders.
- Communicate clear and balanced scientific and clinical information to support informed care decisions.
- Plan and deliver local educational activities and events that align with business and medical priorities.
- Use field data and customer insight to create action plans, monitor progress and adapt activities to meet targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales, medical and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies and follow company policy and local laws.

Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders.
- Comfortable with common digital tools (Word, Excel) and willing to learn CRM and other platforms.
- Willingness to work a hybrid pattern, travel regularly within the assigned territory and represent the company professionally.
Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, or business development.
- Experience planning and delivering local medical or educational events.
- Ability to analyse market and customer data and translate insight into practical plans.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales automation systems.
- Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills.
- Openness to continuous learning and collaborating across functions.
Location and Working Pattern This role is based in Hyderabad, India. Working pattern is hybrid with regular travel across the assigned territory.
