Job Summary

We are looking for a senior technology leader with 20–25 years of overall IT experience across Enterprise IT, Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Product Management, including AI/Generative AI initiatives . The candidate will define and drive the organization's Sovereign AI strategy, build AI solutions tailored to country-specific requirements, and establish best practices for secure, scalable, and compliant AI deployments across global markets. Strong understanding of  Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, Sovereign AI architectures, AI governance, and responsible AI is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis
  1. Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture)
  1. To collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, including leaders, project managers, and development teams, to understand and prioritize requirements while defining the architecture.
  1. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies
  1. To drive innovation by exploring and recommending new solutions within the organization.
  1. To contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base
  1. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into user-facing workflows and experiences.
  1. Build backend services and APIs to orchestrate LLM calls, RAG pipelines, and AI workflows.
  1. Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Skill Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing and managing AI solutions across multiple geographies, with a solid understanding of

data sovereignty, country-specific regulatory and compliance requirements

, and deployment models spanning public, private, hybrid, and sovereign cloud environments. The role requires close collaboration with business, technology, and partner ecosystems to develop AI offerings, drive innovation, support customer engagements, and ensure AI solutions align with security, privacy, and regulatory expectations.
