This high-impact role blends clinical expertise, informatics, and systems thinking to identify electronic health record risks, analyze safety trends, improve digital workflows, guide risk mitigation, and collaborate with local and national partners to strengthen patient safety across the organization. All applicants tentatively selected for VA employment in a testing designated position are subject to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment.
