- Supporting the delivery of organisation design and change management projects.
- Collaborating with teams to implement project plans and deliverables.
- Applying project management skills to support transformation initiatives.
- Contributing to the development of operating models and business readiness plans.
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and co-create solutions.
- Supporting the growth of the People Consulting practice.

Ideally, You’ll also have
- A degree and relevant professional experience.
- Passion for organisation design and people engagement.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business problems and develop solutions.
