Job Summary
Job Description: Finacle Automation Engineer Experience: 8+ above Years Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Finacle Test Engineer to join our banking technology team. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Finacle testing, with a focus on delivering high-quality, automation-driven test coverage across core banking modules. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and execute test cases for Finacle 11X core banking across CRM, Core Banking and Payments modules. - Validate end-to-end functional flows covering Assets and Liabilities tracks. - Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium with Java or Playwright with Node.js - Perform in-sprint automation testing aligned with Agile delivery cycles. - Validate SOAP and REST Finacle API as part of test automation. Required Skills - Strong Finacle testing experience, preferably on Finacle 11X - Hands-on exposure to CRM, Core, and Payments modules - Solid understanding of Assets and Liabilities banking domain - Proficiency in Selenium (Java) or Playwright (Node.js) for test automation - Working knowledge of FIXML and SQL Preferred Skills - Prior experience in Finacle implementation testing projects - Knowledge of Finacle scripting and log validation techniques
Key Responsibilities
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
