will drive new applications utilizing the broad portfolio of adhesives and tapes offered by Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division (IATD) within the United States and Canada.   This position will provide technical support to achieve growth and solve complex customer design challenges.   Work includes engaging with customers, field sales, and marketing to provide technical expertise; including application development, creating technical information, gaining customer-specific needs & insights, and performing product and application characterization.   This position will also have responsibility to partner with customers on adhesive and tape dispensing and automation projects.  Join us to help our customers remake the world of making things. This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
