Business Analyst, Finance Automation - Data Design

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Business Analyst, Finance Automation - Data Design to transform Finance data capabilities by designing scalable data solutions, enabling modern analytics, and driving migration to next-generation platforms such as Snowflake. In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. What you'll do in the role:

Translate business needs into clear data requirements and scalable data models. Design efficient data flows, mappings, and structures that enable high-quality Finance reporting and analytics. Define data standards, lineage, and reusable frameworks. •

Play a key role in migrating Finance data to a modern Snowflake platform. Partner with data and technology teams to shape pipelines and transformation logic while ensuring data quality, consistency, and long-term usability •

Unlock advanced analytics by improving data accessibility and structure. Support adoption of AI-driven insights and modern data exploration capabilities (e.g. Cortex/GenAI), helping Finance move toward data-driven decision-making. •

Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine business and data requirements. Act as a trusted link between Finance, Data, and Technology, translating complex needs into practical solutions and clear recommendations. •

Drive strong data quality and governance practices. Address data issues, define ownership and standards, and support regulatory and reporting requirements through structured, reliable data design. •

Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes. Support implementation of efficient workflows and continuously improve how Finance teams' access and use data. What you'll bring to the role:
