Job Summary

We have an immediate requirement for

2 SAP Archiving / ILM Consultants

with strong hands-on experience in SAP Data Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).Required Experience8+ years of SAP experience in SAP Archiving / ILMExperience leading end-to-end SAP Data Archiving implementations across multiple SAP modulesStrong understanding of SAP Data Volume Management and database optimizationKey Skills RequiredSAP Data ArchivingSAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management)SAP ADK (Archive Development Kit)Archive Administration and Monitoring

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead end to end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, timelines, budgets, SLAs, and quality standards.

  1. Translate client and business requirements into actionable delivery plans and guide teams in developing and implementing solutions that meet expectations.
  1. Serve as the primary interface with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and sustained customer satisfaction.
  1. Implement and continuously refine project management processes, best practices, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
  1. Monitor project progress through defined metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and provide timely, accurate status and performance reports.
  1. Lead, motivate, and support cross functional delivery teams, ensuring clear accountability, effective collaboration, and timely completion of deliverables.
  1. Manage escalations proactively, resolving delivery, performance, and stakeholder issues to minimise impact on project outcomes.
  1. Support business growth by contributing to service expansion, solution discussions, and business development initiatives.
