Senior Manager - Technology Strategy and Transformation - Technology Consulting

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy and transformation engagements, translating Federal Government priorities into practical roadmaps, operating models and delivery plans.

• Provide trusted advice to senior client stakeholders while directing multiple workstreams and maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.

• Lead and develop high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring team members while driving outcomes through collaboration, influence and stakeholder engagement.

• Contribute to proposals and business development and help grow the Canberra Technology Consulting practice.

• Due to the nature of the Australian Federal Government work, this role requires Australian citizenship.

• A current TSPV security clearance is highly desirable, however candidates holding a current NV2 clearance and eligible to obtain a TSPV may also be considered.

• Significant experience leading complex technology strategy, operating model, architecture or transformation engagements in consulting, government or another complex environment.

• Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and leading technology transformation initiatives from strategy through to delivery.

• Experience working with Australian Federal Government clients or within a government environment, with Defence or national security experience viewed favourably.

• Strong technology grounding across strategy, enterprise architecture, governance, operating models and large-scale transformation delivery.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary teams and turn complex issues into clear decisions and executable plans.

• A commercial mindset with experience contributing to proposals, client account growth and the development of people and practice capability.

• Experience supporting technology function transformation, capability uplift and organisational change initiatives within complex environments.
