Trailhead is Salesforce's free online learning platform and the front door to the Salesforce ecosystem. It empowers anyone to build in-demand skills across AI, Agentforce, CRM, data, and business fundamentals, and helps organizations re-skill their workforce for the agentic era. Today, Trailhead is also an AI-powered learning experience, with personalized pathways and the Trailhead Learning Agent guiding learners every step of the way. The Trailhead Content team generates ideas, writes and edits content, develops hands-on challenges, and publishes and maintains the learning content that makes all of this possible. As Data Analyst/Data Engineer Hybrid you build, test, and run the recurring reporting and pipeline infrastructure that powers all three facets of Trailhead measurement:

(the Content Intelligence Engine),

(structured and unstructured survey data), and

(engagement-to-commercial-outcome cohorts). You're a genuine Data Analyst/Data Engineer hybrid — you maintain dashboards and headless analytics, and you build the pipelines that keep the underlying data reliable and AI-ready.

: Build and maintain the recurring reports and dashboards for the Content Intelligence Engine — catalog completions, portfolio health, journey tracking — keeping them accurate as the catalog changes. •

Build and maintain the pipelines that ingest survey data (CSAT, confidence pre/post scores, open-text responses) and structure it into reportable, recurring feedback dashboards. •

Build and maintain the join and cohort pipelines that connect learner identity data to business/sales records and content completions to sales opportunities — feeding the business impact metrics designed by the Senior Analyst.  •
