Job Summary

The Sr Administrator for CyberArk PAM plays a crucial role in providing advanced technical support and operations management within the Support & Operations team. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance the customer experience and maintain security integrity. The role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational excellence, contributing to the organization's overall objectives. The ideal candidate must have 8+ years of Information Security experience and 5+ years of CyberArk engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Installation and configuration of CyberArk PAS solution, including the Enterprise Password Vault(EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP)
  1. In-depth knowledge on SIA, Remote Access along with relevant deployment experience.
  1. Relevant experience and knowledge for deploying CyberArk Privilege Cloud solution.
  1. Experience and knowledge on migrating on-prem to Self-hosted Cloud (AWS, Azure) or CPC solution.
  1. Configuration of the Application Identity Manager (AIM)including the Central Provider (CP), Central Credential Provider and Application Service Credential Provider (ASCP)
  1. Scripting experience / PowerShell / PACLI /RestAPI
  1. Creating and managing Platforms, Policies and Safes, and bulk onboarding
  1. Windows and Linux system administration
  1. Strong knowledge of security principles, standards, and techniques
  1. Experience configuring and supporting API interface
  1. Integrating service accounts through the AIM solution
  1. Integrating various platforms such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and networking Devices with CyberArk
  1. Upgrading CyberArk solution, both in-place and along with OS
  1. Troubleshooting technical issues with the PAS solution
  1. Ability to read blueprints/architectural diagrams and independently execute plans
  1. CPM and PSM connector customization
  1. Designing and architecting PAS solution from hardware needs to Installation and configuration of the PAS solution
  1. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective technical solutions
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate training and customer interactions

  1. CyberArk PAS , EPV, CPM,PVWA,PSM,PSMP
  1. CyberArk Privilege Cloud solution.
  1. Cloud (AWS, Azure) or CPC solution.
  1. Scripting experience / PowerShell / PACLI /RestAPI
  1. LDAP, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and networking Devices with CyberArk
  1. CPM and PSM connector customization

Other Requirements

  1. Bachelor�s and above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
  1. MUST Have- CyberArk CDE or Sentry certified
  1. Good to have- Professional certification in Information Security (CISSP/CISM/CISA, etc) and Cloud (Azure/AWS ) a plu
