Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail • You turn business processes into automated, self-serve solutions — from discovery to rollout, partnering closely with business departments to analyze and redesign existing workflows

• You design and optimize AI-driven solutions, drawing on strong, hands-on expertise in modern LLMs and the surrounding ecosystem to ensure they perform reliably at scale

• You collaborate with our Center of Excellence for Automation to propose, prioritize, and lead initiatives that improve our automation and AI platforms

• You work cross-functionally with technical experts, product managers, and business leaders to share best practices, document patterns, and enable self-serve automation across the company

• You define and track the metrics that prove the automation is working, and optimize against them

Your profile – this is what we expect from you • Product Mindset: You have experience in product ownership or agile project management, with a track record of gathering requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and balancing quick wins with long-term scalability

• Proactive Problem Solver: You don't just take orders; you actively identify bottlenecks and propose scalable, user-centric solutions

• You have experience with automation/orchestration tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, etc

• You are comfortable integrating SaaS tools and internal systems via APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven patterns

• Experience with prompt engineering and building AI Agents is a plus

• You are a strong communicator who can explain trade-offs to both business and engineering stakeholders and create concise documentation/playbooks

• You enjoy working in an international environment and you are fluent in English (C1); good German skills (B2) are a plus
