Ensure seamless Business continuity in HW Development, testing and support for the Infusion Pump platform.
- Hardware changes - PCB design, schematics, eBOM and maintaining ongoing hardware development activities
- Sustenance Engineering/Component obsolescence
- Design Transfer - Manufacturing support
- Coordinate with External Vendors
- Assisting in onboarding the new internal team
Additional support required
- Cross-functional discussions (TRB/CCB/CIT)
- Design reviews (Technical/Final Design)
- Risk Reviews (PRR, EBRR)
