Registered Nurse - Quality Management Consultant

The VA NY Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a Quality Management Consultant Registered Nurse to lead efforts to improve patient care quality across the Brooklyn, Queens, and New York, New York Medical Centers. This person will track results across the Medical Centers and all off-site locations by collecting data, monitoring compliance, reporting trends, and helping staff design and run the quality management program. This position requires flexibility in schedule and assignments locations. U.S. Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. All applicants tentatively selected for VA employment in a testing designated position are subject to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment.
