Agentic AI Customer Co-Val CG

DCG China Platform Customer Satisfaction Team is looking for talent to drive Agentic AI technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration and usability across CSP customer requirements and cloud lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud systems and solutions with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware, firmware, and software components across the systems lifecycle.
• Execute benchmark testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of end-to-end cloud solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and integration guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI systems, large language models (LLMs), microarchitecture, and hyperscale deployments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in cloud systems engineering, demonstrated through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training.
• Proficiency in cloud engineering fundamentals and systems validation techniques.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or C/C++ for automation and testing.
• Basic knowledge of computer architecture, memory systems, and I/O interfaces.
• Understanding of data analysis and problem-solving methodologies in cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GPU/HPU architectures and their role in large-scale AI workloads.
• Experience with emerging trends in AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and microarchitecture solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
